Our Studio Diva Dance Competition Team is for passionate and dedicated dancers who want to take their skills to the next level. This elite group competes at regional and national competitions, representing Studio Diva with energy, precision, and heart.

Who Can Join?

Our competition team is open to dancers who are ready to commit to training, rehearsals, and performances. Placement is determined through an audition process.

Expectations for Team Dancers:

All company students are required to take ballet, jazz, and hip hop classes at Studio Diva each week. These classes are in addition to the weekly team rehearsals. 

Commitment & Expectations

• Attend mandatory weekly rehearsals (outside of regular classes)

• Participate in scheduled competitions and performances.

• Show dedication, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Fees & Expenses​

Competition Fees and Other Costs:

In addition to recital costumes for their regular classes, competition dancers pay an additional team fee that includes yearly competition fees, costumes, choreography fees, and studio fees. Additional shoes, tights, and accessories may also be needed.  All new team members will be required to purchase the team uniform and backpack. Team fees are broken into 4 quarterly payments throughout the season.

Auditions & Registration

Auditions are held annually, and we encourage dancers who are motivated and eager to grow to attend. Team placement is based off of the student's audition, previous training, prior class attendance, work ethic, and Summer class involvement. All current team members must audition each season. An audition fee applies.
